Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet but there is seating outside.
The enclosed garden has access from First Avenue at the rear of the property and from a small car park at the front.
Electricity is paid for by the hirer by a £1 coin meter in the cupboard to the left of the cooker.
Wheelchair accessible with only 1 step.
